Wildlife and Nature Photography
I got my first 35mm camera in 1966. It was a simple range finder, and I began shooting pictures for my high school year books. I enjoyed working both behind the camera and in the dark room.
I bought my first Canon SLR in 1968; in fact, I still own that camera. The B&W picture above is me in 1969 on Cape Cod during a break from college. During college, I continued to shoot photos for the year books and campus newspapers, and I began to enjoy camping and backpacking. These activities went very well with photography and so began a love affair that continues today.
Now I focus on our National Parks. The photo galleries on this web page are broken down by years, so some have more destinations than others. Please enjoy and keep coming back to visit.
